Terms of Purchase

Orders

By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion. This currency is stored in a session cookie in your browser to ensure consistency when browsing our website.

We may accept or reject an order at our discretion based on product availability and our ability to validate payment.

It is your responsibility to check order details, including product, quantities, and pricing before completing your order. Orders cannot be amended or canceled once placed. If items cannot be sent due to technical faults or being sold out, we will notify the purchaser and provide further options or a refund for missing or faulty items, with the remaining order being sent.

Products are for personal use only, and resale without our written consent is prohibited. Only one discount code may be used per cart, including free shipping promotions.

Payment

Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to international transaction fees imposed by banks.

Availability and Cancellations

All purchases are subject to availability. We strive to keep most products in stock and update availability accordingly. If an item is unavailable, we will contact the customer with alternative options.

Products are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out.

Orders cannot be amended or canceled once placed. Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for an exchange, gift card, or refund. Ensure all provided details are accurate; we are not responsible for errors at the time of order placement.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to previous orders or after the promotion has expired. Only one discount code per cart is allowed, including free shipping promotions.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or amended once placed.

Keep personal information up to date by accessing your account. Review current and past orders, coin balance, and profile details.

Collecting Coins

• Earn coins by signing up, making purchases while logged in, or leaving approved product reviews.
• Coins are based on the subtotal after discounts and are rounded down.

Coin Earning Tiers:

• Rose Gold: 1 Coin per $1 spent
• Queen: 2 Coins per $1 spent
• Superstar: 3 Coins per $1 spent
• Approved Review (Limit 10 per 30 days): 100 Coins

Spending Coins

• Applicable to purchases over $10.
• Cannot be used for Private Lessons or Intensives.
• 700 Coins = $10.00 OFF (gift code emailed when threshold is met).
• Coins expire 365 days from the date they were added.

Returns & Order Cancellations

Coins earned on refunded or canceled orders will be deducted. Negative coin balances must be resolved through new purchases.

CD Scholarships

Competitor Entrance Terms and Conditions

• Entries close on 4th March 2024, 5 PM AEST.
• Competitors must enter their correct level based on age as of 4th April 2024.
• Incorrect entries may result in disqualification.
• No refunds or level changes after entry.

Cash Prize Winners:

• Level 1: $500
• Level 2: $1,000
• Level 3: $2,000
• Level 4: $5,000

Prizes issued within 30 calendar days of the final.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Giveaways are not sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.

Winners are selected at random.

Winners of private lessons or Intensives must cover travel and accommodation costs.

Where a participant is a minor/dependent/child as defined by Australian law, a parent/carer is accepting these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

Claudia Dean World will not take responsibility for any local import or customs charges associated with the giveaway package.

The shipping terms and conditions apply for the shipment of physical prizes.

Gift Card Terms of Purchase

Claudia Dean Collections gift cards are not valid for Private Lessons, Classes, or Intensives.

Coaching & Masterclasses gift cards are not valid for Claudia Dean Collections.

Gift Cards are ONLY to be redeemed online. They are not eligible for use in any store or the studio.
