For the return of Collections By Claudia online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty or incorrect fit, you must meet the following return policy conditions:
- The item/s must be returned within 14 days (for Australian orders) or 21 days (for International orders) of the delivery date.
- Item/s must be from a collection currently available
- The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached in the proper location
- Order Confirmation/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine the return policy conditions are met, therefore the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached. If the goods arrive in the appropriate condition a refund of the cost of the goods only. We do not refund shipping charges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover the postage costs.
Return postage cost will be at your expense unless item/s are faulty or the wrong items were incorrectly sent. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a courier or eParcel through Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items in transit. Please retain proof of postage (receipt and tracking number) until we have received your parcel. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item/s.
For any item that is returned without the original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in a store.
Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks.
We want all customers to feel comfortable with the size and fit of their Collections By Claudia leotard, so if the size and fit are not quite right you are welcome to an exchange. If you wish to exchange, you, as the customer, must cover all costs associated with returning your garment to us but we will cover the costs associated with sending you the new item/s you have chosen.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order.
Please note, if you are exchanging between Childs and Adults sizes, there may be a difference in cost that you will be required to pay.
Due to high demand and limited edition styles we cannot guarantee leotards requested for an exchange will be available.
