Returns Policy

Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd & Claudia Dean Collections offers gift cards and refunds for returned items. We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality control across all of our stock. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team for further investigation. Note that all garments are carefully inspected before shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Due to the limited stock and exclusive nature of our collections, you may return your item for store credit to repurchase the correct size/style. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit (no expiry) or a refund.
• We do not accept returns on sale items, pierced jewelry, or underwear.
• All swing tags must be in place, and items must be returned in their original plastic packaging.
• Items must not have been worn or washed.

Return Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If an item is deemed unsaleable, we will be unable to process your return, and the item will be sent back to you. This decision is at the sole discretion of Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd & Claudia Dean Collections.

Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches our returns address. You will be notified of the outcome.

Additional Notes

• If an item is returned without original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
• Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
• Sale items are final sale—no exchanges, refunds, or rain checks.
• Claudia Dean World reserves the right to reject any damaged, marked, or washed items. If your return is rejected, the goods will be sent back to you.
