Mini Ball

My daughter loves using this to stretch out her feet.

My daughter absolutely loves rolling out the tension in her feet and legs after dance with her new mini ball! It’s better quality than I was expecting too! Highly recommend!

I talked to my podiatrist and he said that rolling out is extremely important for your feet as you are releasing tension in smaller muscles in your feet. I bring this ball to all my ballet classes and roll out my feet before, when it’s my turn to do a stretch while the other group is doing grand battement, and after and at home when I’m eating dinner. As a result my feet are less sore. Only downside is that it’s a bit expensive.

Love that the ball is firm and weighty, so it won't collapse or shift around like a tennis ball. So glad I took the plunge on this one!
