Terms of Purchase

Welcome to Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, along with any additional terms referenced or linked herein. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables our online sales.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and successful payment validation.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (products, sizes, quantities, prices) are correct before checkout.
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
  • If any item becomes unavailable due to technical error or sell-out, we will contact you with available options or process a refund for the affected item(s).

Custom Collections

  • Custom items are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
  • Changes cannot be made once an order is submitted and production has begun.
  • Production timeframe for custom leotards is approximately 8 weeks. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery to hello@claudiadeanworld.com, with clear photos provided.

Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD. International customers may incur additional fees from their bank.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

Availability & Cancellations

  • All products are subject to availability and may not be restocked.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.
  • Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund (where applicable).
  • Please ensure all personal and shipping details are correct at checkout—we cannot be held responsible for errors entered at this stage.

Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed or after the promotion period ends.
  • Only one discount code may be used per transaction, including free shipping offers.

CDW Rewards Program

  • CDW Rewards are earned on all purchases made on or after 12/09/2025
  • Gift card purchases (and any excluded items as specified by CDW) do not qualify for CDW Rewards.
  • To earn rewards, customers must check out using the same email address associated with their CDW Rewards account.
  • Rewards are issued in the form of store credit via Rise. Once the reward condition is met, store credit will be added to your loyalty account.
  • Store credits can be redeemed at checkout, subject to any conditions communicated by CDW.
  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Unredeemed store credits (or rewards) will expire 30 days after the last account activity (earning or redemption), unless otherwise required by law.
  • Rewards earned on refunded or cancelled orders will be deducted from your account balance.
  • CDW reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program, or update these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Continued participation after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
  • CDW may suspend or terminate accounts, and/or revoke rewards, if any fraud or abuse is detected, or if these terms are violated.

Masterclass Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Claudia Dean World, our Masterclasses are high-demand, limited-capacity events—each spot is reserved especially for your dancer. To ensure fairness for all families, please review our updated cancellation policy below:

  1. Deposits
    • All Masterclass bookings require a deposit to secure your place.
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you’ll receive a one-time credit of your deposit amount.
    • This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future Masterclass.
    • Only one deposit credit is allowed per dancer.
  2. Full Payment Bookings
    • If you’ve paid in full and cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you can receive either:
    • A credit for your second payment (the balance after your deposit), or
    • A refund for that second payment.
    • Your deposit remains non-refundable but is still eligible for the one-time credit as above.
  3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
    • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the Masterclass, no refunds or credits can be offered.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email our team at hello@claudiadeanworld.com with your dancer’s name and Masterclass details.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support—it helps us create a consistent and high-quality experience for every dancer in our community.

Masterclasses Audience Tickets

  1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
    • Each ticket grants entry to observe the specified Masterclass session(s) only.
    • Audience tickets grant viewing access only, not participation.
    • Audience members must register at Front of House prior to entering the seating area.
  2. Filming and Photography
    • Our team may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
    • By purchasing an audience ticket, you consent to potentially appearing in such content.
  3. Behaviour and Etiquette
    • Audience members must remain quiet and respectful throughout the session.
    • Mobile phones must be silenced during the session.
    • Entry/exit is only permitted between classes or during designated breaks, unless in an emergency.
  4. Refunds and Transfers
    • Audience tickets are non-refundable.
    • Tickets may be transferred to another person. Notification must be sent at least 48 hours prior to the event with the new attendee’s name.
  5. Changes to Program
    • We reserve the right to alter the program or schedule at any time. These changes do not qualify for a refund.
  6. Liability
    • The organiser is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen during the event.
    • Attendees must comply with all staff instructions for safety reasons.

Associate Coaching Program

  • Enrolment secures your dancer's place for the full term.
  • Weekly attendance is expected.
  • Dancers must remain enrolled at their regular dance studio.
  • Payments are charged automatically 7 days prior to each coaching date and are non-refundable.
  • Credits may be offered for illness/injury with a medical certificate at the discretion of our directors.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable.
  • By enrolling, you consent to your dancer’s image/video being used for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
  • Program structure, dates, or coaching staff may change if necessary.

Gift Cards

  • Claudia Dean Collections gift cards cannot be used for Private Lessons, Classes or Intensives.
  • Coaching & Masterclass gift cards cannot be used on Claudia Dean Collections products.
  • Gift cards must be redeemed online and cannot be used in-studio.
  • All gift cards do not expire.

CD Scholarships & Giveaway Terms

  • Scholarship entries close 4th March 2025 at 5 PM AEST.
  • Prizes will be issued within 30 days of the final event.
  • Winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
  • Giveaways are not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube or Facebook.
  • Winners are selected at random.
  • Any customs/import duties are the winner's responsibility.
  • Giveaway prizes are shipped according to our standard shipping terms.
