Returns Policy

CLAUDIA DEAN WORLD PTY LTD & CLAUDIA DEAN COLLECTIONS offers gift cards and refunds for returned items. We pride ourselves on having amazing quality control across all of our stock, but if you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with our customer care team for further investigation and amendment, please note all garments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. We do not offer exchanges. Due to the limited stock levels and exclusivity of our collections, we instead allow returning of your item for a store credit to repurchase the correct size/style. You will not receive a credit or refund for your shipping charges, only for products purchased.

Items can be returned within 21 days of your order being delivered for a non expiry store credit or refund. We do not offer returns on sale items, pieced jewellery & underwear. All swing tags must be in their original place & the items must be in its original plastic packaging for an item to be returned, the item must also not of been worn or washed.

All postage costs are customer borne unless the return is due to a product fault or the incorrect item was delivered. Once we receive your return, we will thoroughly investigate the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If we deem your return to be no longer saleable, we will not be able to process a return and this will be sent back to you. This is solely at the discretion of CLAUDIA DEAN WORLD PTY LTD & CLAUDIA DEAN COLLECTIONS.

For any item that is returned without the original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in a store.

Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks.

Claudia Dean World reserves the right to reject any damaged, marked, washed goods to the original order. The purchaser will be notified if a return is rejected & the goods shall be returned to them.
