Our culture is at the heart of everything we do at CDW. Over the past decade, we’ve intentionally built a community known for being positive, encouraging, and empowering - a place where dancers feel supported to believe in themselves at every stage of their journey.
CDW is the ballet home I wished existed when I was growing up - and now, it sits within the wider CDW ecosystem as a permanent place where dancers can train, grow, and be guided with the same care, positivity, and ambition that defines everything we do.
