Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CLAUDIA DEAN WORLD PTY LTD & CLAUDIA DEAN COLLECTIONS. CLAUDIA DEAN WORLD PTY LTD & CLAUDIA DEAN COLLECTIONS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

    By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms of Conditions”, “Terms of Purchase”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing, purchasing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. By Purchasing any “service” or “Product” off this website you are accepting these “Terms” and are then bound by them, including any hyperlinked page.

    Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


    Terms of Purchase



    By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

    We may at our discretion accept or reject an order depending on factors including availability of products and our ability to validate payment for the products or services.

    It is your responsibility to check the order details, including product, quantities and pricing before you complete your order. Please be aware we cannot amend or cancel an order after it has been placed, once the order has been paid for you are bound to the Terms of Purchase to this website. In the event that items cannot be sent due to technical fault or items sold out, the purchaser will be notified and provided further options OR refunded for missing or faulty items then remaining order will be sent.

    Products are sold to you for your personal use only, and you agree not to on-sell or resell the products or services to any third party without our written consent.

    Prices listed are in AUD and may be subject to international transaction fees imposed by international banks. Prices include Australian GST (where applicable). Any shipping charges will be separately shown.

    You agree to pay the purchase price specified at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a product, plus any applicable shipping charges based on the delivery options.

    Your payment will be processed upon placement of your order. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for the order through any fraudulent or unlawful means. If your payment is not able to be successfully processed, or your payment is deemed as fraudulent your order may be cancelled.

    We are unable to combine multiple orders placed by a singular customer. If multiple orders are placed, your orders will still be processed separately, based on the time of purchase and you will remain liable for all shipping costs.

    The delivery costs are transport costs only. This does not cover import or customs duties, levies, taxes or liabilities of any kind that may apply in any destination country. We do not accept, and expressly exclude, any liability for any delays, duties, taxes or levies that may apply in any destination country, or if the products are rejected for any reasons whatsoever at the destination country, and will not accept any return, refund or cancellation due to any such delay, duty, tax, levy or rejection.

    Availability and Cancellations:

    All purchases made are subject to availability. We do our best to keep most products in stock, and to keep the website up to date with the availability of products. If an item is not available in our stock we will contact the customer via the email provided with alternate styles, colours, or sizes available.

    Products are limited edition and once sold out, they may not be available again.

    We are unable to make any amendments or cancel the order once it has been placed. We have embedded a flexible return policy - items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for an exchange, gift card or refund. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes made at the time of placing the order.

    Discount Codes and Promotions

    We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes applicable to products sold or shipping charges. Promotional codes must be entered at the time of submitting your order. The discount is not applicable on previously placed orders or orders past the expiry of the promotion.

    The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time that it is issued.  

    Order Cancellations

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to orders once they have been placed.


    Collection Coins

    Section 1 - How to Join: 
    Register an account at www.claudiadeanworld.com
    Confirm your email address by clicking in the confirmation email sent to your email inbox. 
    Section 2 - How to Access + Change Membership Information: 
    You must keep your personal information on your Account up to date. If you need to update any information, click on your profile and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. You can review your current or past orders, coin balance and change your profile.
    Section 3 - Collecting Coins
    Members can collect coins for signing up for a customer account, purchasing products while logged in, or leaving a review on products ordered via www.claudiadeanworld.com 
    To receive coins for your online purchases or review, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed into your account by looking in the upper right corner of the site. 
    You will not earn coins for shipping fees or purchases made with gift cards. 
    How to Collect Coins
    Rose Gold: 
    • Earn 1 Coin for every $1 spent
    • Earn 2 Coins for every $1 spent
    • Earn 3 Coins for every $1 spent
    Leave Review (ALL)
    • 100 Coins for every approved review (limit 10 reviews per 30 days)
    You must be logged into the website to earn coins
    Coins are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts, only. 
    Coins are rounded down to the nearest whole number. 
    Section 4 - Spending Coins
    Coins must be redeemed in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 
    The minimum purchase for which coins will apply is $10.00. Coins may only be used online at claudiadeanworld.com
    Coins will not be eligible to apply to any Private Lessons or Intensives. 
    Members can use their coins to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale: 
    500 Coins = $10.00 OFF
    Once you reach 500 Coins, you will be emailed a gift code for $10.00 off to spend at claudiadeanworld.comCollection Coins cannot be transferred or gifted. 
    Please note: Discount codes generated through Collection Coins cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
    Section 5 - Returns & Order Cancellations: 
    Coins earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the coins earned for the original transaction. Coins cannot be reapplied to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative coin balance, you will not begin earning coins again until your coins balance is returned to zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time. Collection Coins cannot be applied to previous purchases. Coins will expire 365 days from the date they were added to your account.

    Private Coaching:


    In the light of the recent worldwide outbreak of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) across the world, Claudia Dean World is committed to the safety and well being of all our young dancers across the globe. 

    We are monitoring the situation closely and seeking advice from the governing travel body of Australia in regards to the virus outbreak and travelling abroad for both our international and national intensives.

    Due to the rapidly spreading nature of the virus and as the Australian government has proposed a lockdown to prevent communicable diseases from spreading, should private lessons be cancelled upon government law, private lessons that are cancelled by Claudia will be rescheduled.

    As per the government advisory, if you have any symptoms mimicking the flu, cold or head cold, they advise that you stay home to prevent spreading of any potential diseases. Our normal cancellation policy applies to this, please read below.


    Private lessons are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation with the required notice, a credit towards another lesson will be given. The credit can only be used towards another lesson - it is not redeemable for products (ie. Claudia Dean Collections Merchandise) or Intensives.


    Please note that a 20% non refundable fee is applied when cancelling a lesson. This applies to all cancellations. 

    If you wish to reschedule or transfer your lesson to another student, please email simona@claudiadeanworld.com with the students details, please note you will have to arrange the transfer of monies between you and the third party. 

    If you wish to reschedule your lesson to a future date in the diary, you have 24 hours to confirm with Simona which date you choose to reschedule to. 

    Any cancellation must be emailed to info@claudiadeanworld.com at least 1 full business day (24 hours) in advance. Cancellations for lessons booked on a Monday must be made by the Friday before at 3 pm. 

    Under NO circumstances will credit be given on any lessons cancelled without the full 24 hour's notice. 

    Availability Changes

    Claudia Dean World reserves the right to cancel a lesson at our discretion. If we exercise that right of cancellation we will give clients notice via email and make an effort to reschedule their lesson. In the event a lesson is not able to be rescheduled we will credit any fees for the lesson that were paid in advance.

    Gift Certificates 

    Purchase of a Gift Certificate does not guarantee the availability of a specific date or time.

    NOT valid for purchases of Collections by Claudia goods, Merchandise, Classes, or Intensives.

    Gift Certificates are non-refundable and can ONLY to be redeemed online.


    Class With Claudia:

    Audience tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue which will be listed when applicable.

    All information submitted must be true and correct at the time of registration. Any statement found to not be true instantly voids the registration and the student will not be able to participate.

    Classes may be physically strenuous and participation is voluntary, based on a participant’s own assessment of their fitness, health, ability to participate and understanding of the class requirements, activities and expected outcomes. Participation is based on an understanding and knowledge there is a risk of personal injury or death. By entering the studio or class venue participants agree that Claudia Dean World is in no way responsible for personal injury or death. Participants are responsible for ensuring one’s own physical and mental health before, during and after classes.

    A deposit payment is required at time of purchase in order to secure a spot in the Intensive. 

    We require the full remaining amount due to be paid one full month prior to the Intensive date. Not paying the complete amount by the due date will result in loss of the spot and will be sold to a student on the waitlist.


    Please note that the deposit paid for your Class with Claudia Intensive Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    One day Class with Claudia Intensives are non-refundable, however the ticket can be transferred to another dancer when you contact simona@claudiadeanworld.com.

    Claudia Dean World requires a month's notice if you are wanting to cancel your spot in the Intensive - if this requirement is not made, you will not receive a credit note for your spot.  

    Tickets purchased in full payment for Class with Claudia Intensive can be transferable if permitted by Simona. Please email simona@claudiadeanworld.com

    Changes to event

    Claudia Dean World reserves the right to cancel or change the time or date of the event or change its venue, content and the speakers at any time at our discretion. If we exercise that right of cancellation any non refundable 50% or lower deposits will be transferred to the new event. Please note the initial 50% or lower deposit paid is non refundable under any circumstance.

    If a ticket is purchased in full and Claudia Dean World has made a decision to postpone the event due to unforeseen issues outside of our control and the purchaser cannot attend the new date, a refund of the remaining payment can be made (this is excludes the initial deposit which is non-refundable). - Please note this is only if the event is postponed due to unforeseen issues outside the control of CDW, not for if the attendee changes their mind. 

    Giveaway Terms and Conditions

    Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Youtube, or Facebook.

    All winners are selected at random.

    In the instance a private lesson or intensive spot is given away, winners are responsible for their accommodation and travel expenses. 

    Where a participant is a minor/dependent/child as defined by Australian law, a parent/carer is accepting these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

    These Terms and Conditions may be altered where necessary, and any changes will be notified on our website.

    Claudia Dean World will not take responsibility for any local import or customs charges associated with the giveaway package. 

    The shipping terms and conditions apply for the shipment of physical prizes 

    Gift Card Terms of Purchase:

    Claudia Dean Collections Gift Cards are NOT valid for purchases of Private Lessons, Classes, or Intensives. Class with Claudia Gift Cards are NOT valid for purchases of any item from the Claudia Dean Collections store.

    Claudia Dean Collections Gift Cards are non-refundable and are only redeemable for Claudia Dean Collections goods and merchandise.

    If you are purchasing a CDC or CWC Gift Card for someone else, you will be responsible for forwarding the email containing the gift card to the recipient.

    Gift Cards are ONLY to be redeemed online. They are not eligible for use in any store or the studio.

    Treat Gift Cards like cash: lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

    Gift Cards do not expire. Please consider that our items are limited edition. Purchase of a Gift Card does not guarantee the availability of a specific product or intensive spot.

    Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

    Discount codes cannot be used on purchases towards Gift Cards.
