SHIPPING TO YOUR DOORSTEP

From our CDW HQ in Brisbane, Australia, orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Any orders placed after 10:30 am AEST Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. Please allow for a longer dispatch time (7-10 days) after a new collection is launched.

Please note that Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd has no control over shipping timeframes and handling, as this is managed by a third party. If a sensitive package is damaged in transit, Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the parcel.

Australian Orders

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
  Includes Standard Tracking. Your parcel will arrive between 1-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Express Shipping: $20 AUD
  Includes Priority Tracking. Your parcel will arrive between 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders

• Standard International Shipping: $25 AUD
  Includes tracking. Your parcel will arrive between 7-14 business days from the date of pick-up (depending on the country).
• Priority Express International Shipping: $40 AUD
  Includes door-to-door tracking with regular updates. DHL Express will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

• Priority International Shipping to NZ: 3-4 business days from the date of pick-up.
• Priority International Shipping to the rest of the world: approximately 7 business days from the date of pick-up.

Australian Orders

Free Standard Domestic Shipping automatically applies when you spend $149 AUD or more in-store.

International Orders

Free Standard International Shipping automatically applies when you spend $299 AUD or more in-store.

Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd does not accept any duties or taxes incurred from these shipments.

Import Liabilities and Taxes

Please note that Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. We do not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply. Under no circumstances will Claudia Dean World Pty Ltd accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
