My daughter absolutely loves rolling out the tension in her feet and legs after dance with her new mini ball! It’s better quality than I was expecting too! Highly recommend!
I talked to my podiatrist and he said that rolling out is extremely important for your feet as you are releasing tension in smaller muscles in your feet. I bring this ball to all my ballet classes and roll out my feet before, when it’s my turn to do a stretch while the other group is doing grand battement, and after and at home when I’m eating dinner. As a result my feet are less sore. Only downside is that it’s a bit expensive.
